RiVision

Renewable Energy Sector - The NODES call for proposals enabled the RiVision project to be implemented. It involves the development of a smart system for the management and control of PET selective collection machines. The objective is to develop a reliable, functional, and efficient reading system that minimizes the margin of error in recognizing the packaging introduced and ensures secure data processing and customer credit assignment. To achieve this, an artificial intelligence-driven vision system will be developed that will work synergistically with the barcode reader.

Industrial Sector - Project for a human-centered production ecosystem that integrates sensors, IoT, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence to support operators in real time. The goal is to improve safety and efficiency, reducing cognitive overload and physical effort through natural and intuitive interactions.
The modular architecture is scalable to various industrial sectors. It combines immersive training in virtual environments and adaptive interfaces to create safer, more ergonomic, and sustainable workplaces, where technology and the human factor work together synergistically.

CyberAgri

Agromech Sector - CyberAgri is an EU precision agriculture project addressing labor shortages, pesticide use, and soil compaction. Its core is a self-propelled, electric, modular gantry robot (up to 8 m) for horticulture and nursery gardening, which operates on lightweight tracks to protect the soil. In addition to production, it has educational and social purposes (technical institutes, company gardens, and inclusion of disabled people). The project also includes GPS-RTK navigation systems with LiDAR and stereo cameras, AI algorithms for control and safety, a precision sprayer, and an automatic transplanter for vineyards. The prototypes, upgraded from TRL 3 to 6, are being validated by the University of Turin, which is also contributing to new regulatory protocols for intelligent guided vehicles.
